Goslyn, LLC Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT – All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.

TERMS – Net 30 days from date of invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all invoices unpaid 30 days after invoice date (equal to 18% annually).

FREIGHT – F.O.B. Goslyn, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACO, Inc.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY – Call Customer Service for current stock availability and lead times.

MISSING MATERIAL – Missing material must be reported to Goslyn, LLC Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

DAMAGED MATERIAL – Damaged material must be noted on the bill of lading at final destination point. The receiver must file a freight claim with the carrier. Goslyn, LLC is not responsible for material damaged in transit.

TAXES – All State and Federal taxes are additional.

CHANGES – Goslyn, LLC reserves the right to change prices, design, and materials of any products listed at any time.

RETURNS – Returned materials are subject to a 35% restocking charge. Prior return authorization (RGA) must be obtained from Goslyn, LLC before any material is shipped. Returned materials are subject to the following conditions:
a) Items returned in a condition that does not allow for refurbish and resale will not be credited.
b) Material must be returned to Goslyn, LLC within 30 days of receipt of RGA.
c) All freight costs are the responsibility of those returning the material.
d) All non-standard and fabricated material cannot be returned for credit.

MINIMUM ORDER – Minimum order is $350.00, excluding spare parts and pieces. Orders under $350.00 are subject to a $50.00 handling fee.

WARRANTY – Products sold by Goslyn, LLC are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects for five years starting on the date of final purchase (date delivered to site). The warranty includes all materials and workmanship. Goslyn, LLC warrantees are subject to the following conditions if the product proves to be defective due to poor workmanship. The product may be repaired or replaced as Goslyn, LLC sees fit in order to restore system operation without any charge for materials as expressed in the exclusions listed below:

1. The products must not have been altered, repaired or serviced by any other person besides Goslyn, LLC without the authorization to do so.
2. The product must not have been struck by lightning or any other acts of nature, vandalism, abuse, or misuse.
3. The product must be routinely maintained.
4. Warranty shall be void immediately if equipment is used in any other application besides the handling of waste oil as per its design.
