We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- Restocking Fee: Returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and processing returned items.
- Return Authorization (RGA): Prior return authorization must be obtained from Goslyn, LLC before shipping any materials back to us. To obtain an RGA, please contact our customer service team at [contact information] with your order details and reason for return. This process helps us manage returns efficiently and ensures that your return is processed accurately.
- Return Conditions:
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in a condition that allows for refurbishing and resale to qualify for a credit. This means items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that cannot be refurbished and resold will not be credited.
- Return Window: Materials must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RGA. This timeframe ensures that items are returned promptly, allowing us to process returns and restock items in a timely manner.
- Freight Costs: All freight costs associated with returning the materials are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping charges and any additional fees incurred during the return process. This policy helps us manage shipping logistics and costs effectively. Non-Returnable Items: Custom and non-standard fabricated materials cannot be returned for credit. These items are made to specific customer specifications and cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for return.
WARRANTY – Products sold by Goslyn, LLC are warranted by the manufacturer starting on the date the Automatic Grease Removal Device is delivered to the customer. Goslyn, LLC extends a 10-year warranty on the tank, lid, and internal strainer assembly. Electrical components, including motors, sensors, and heaters, are warranted for 12 months. The warranty covers all materials and workmanship. Goslyn, LLC warranties are subject to the following conditions if the product proves to be defective due to poor workmanship. The product may be repaired or replaced as Goslyn, LLC sees fit to restore system operation without any charge for materials, as expressed in the exclusions listed below:
- The products must not have been altered, repaired, or serviced by any person other than Goslyn, LLC without authorization.
- The product must not have been damaged by lightning, other specified acts of nature (including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes), vandalism, abuse, or misuse.
- The product must be routinely maintained as specified in the user manual, including monthly inspections and cleaning of the internal strainer.
- The warranty shall be void immediately if the equipment is used in any application other than the handling of waste oil as per its design.
- Proof of routine maintenance must be provided upon request to validate warranty claims.
- Customers must notify Goslyn, LLC of any defects within 30 days of discovering the issue.
- The warranty covers parts and labor costs associated with repairs or replacements.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The process for repairing or replacing the product requires the customer to contact Goslyn, LLC customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
