The Goslyn™ Low Drain Pump System (LDPS) is an innovative, patent-pending solution engineered to handle effluent from drains positioned as low as 1″ above floor level, making it ideal for use with equipment such as the lower ovens of double stack rotisseries or commercial meat smokers. The system efficiently collects effluent into a reservoir tank, and once full, a built-in sensor activates the pump to transfer the waste into the Goslyn Oil Recovery Device. Available as a stand-alone unit or as part of the Goslyn™ Oil Collection Tank, the LDPS offers durability, reliability, and seamless integration into kitchen operations.
